Chef - wanting to be there own boss and start there own business in a profit share based partnership. Wages will be based on turnover and will include an equal share of the profit.
We are looking for a chef to create and develop a great lunch and breakfast 'food to go offering' within an existing retail premise.
We are an established grocery store with an attached coffee bar and pizza restaurant. We feel that there is an opportunity to create a unique breakfast and lunch offering on a food to go basis. We have great facilities including a bread oven, prep kitchen, walk in chiller as well as a traditional Dome pizza oven which are vacant from 6 am in the morning to 12pm - Monday to Sunday.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in the morning period and would like to develop there own business with no or little set up cost required - and with an established customer base which can be utilised imminently
