We are looking for someone who wants to learn to manage a small kitchen. It is set in a private member's Sports Club. It is a friendly atmosphere and we are looking for people who are team players. We are looking for someone who can take their own initiative and help build a team. The food involves a mixture of Indian food with freshly cooked comfort food appropriate for a Club atmosphere. We want people who are passionate about food and take pride in their job. The person will be expected to manage stock, make the Rota for the week and where necessary plan menus for private functions.
