We are currently looking for a hard working, enthusiastic and strong Commis / Demi / Chef de Partie/ Senior Chef de partie. If you have proven experience in a busy and dynamic restaurant environment and you love cooking and are looking for a role with career progression apply now!

•Previous experience in a busy kitchen

Duck and Waffle Local is a new fast casual dining concept overlooking St James Market in Piccadilly. The restaurant is chef-curated from the team behind the famous award-winning Duck and Waffle restaurant placing the mighty duck at its culinary role. Like its parent brand, will still emphasize local, rustic, seasonal and sustainable ingredients, but with a more accessible, speedier and cost friendly format. Duck and Waffle Local welcomes guests from early morning to late night with breakfast and all day menus.
