The Lady Ottoline Pub and Dining Rooms is beautifully restored ground floor pub (including log fire) Ales, bottled craft beer, with an extensive gin collection and a classic wine list.
Our upstairs dining rooms are the cosiest in Bloomsbury and serves elegant home cooked food.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
• Fantastic knowledge/keen interest in spirits (in particular gin) beer and Ales.
• knowledge of classic cocktails.
• experience working in a busy and similar environment
• Keen eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills.
• Fantastic communicational skills
• The ability to forge and maintain relationships with the guests
