Part Time Charity Welcome Callers needed at Urban Leaf - the UK's longest charity fundraising organisation.
Shift Pattern:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 5pm-9pm.
Saturday, Sunday – 12pm-4pm
Salary: £10ph

We are the most experienced street fundraising company in the country – We’ve been around for almost 15 years and during that time have raised millions of pounds for causes that we really believe in and pride ourselves on being instrumental in raising money for people less fortunate.
We are looking for the right candidate to join our welcome calling team. All donors receive a call from our welcome calling team to thank them for their generous gift to our charity partners and to ensure that their fundraiser experience met the standards that we expect.
The successful candidate will:

Have experience working in a busy call centre.
Be an excellent communicator
Be passionate about working on behalf of charities.

Responsibilities include:

Calling new donors to welcome them to the charity.
Checking sensitive information from donors.
Providing exceptional customer service
