We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our thriving.
Charity shop 11 Walm Lane NW2 5SJ

Responsibilities will include:
• Assisting the Shop Manager and deputising for him in his absence.
• Handling cash, counting and recording takings.
• Supporting, managing and recruiting a team of volunteers.
• Ensuring the shop continues to provide an excellent service to both.
Customers and donors
• Implementing our Gift Aid Scheme

The successful candidate will have:
• Ideally previous retail experience
• Some experience of management, ideally of staff or volunteers.
• A strong commitment to customer services.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Computer literacy

£18,564 Per annum for 35 hours per week including weekends, on a flexible Rota.
