Charity Manager Required in London

We are looking for a short term, full time or part time unpaid intern/volunteer over 3-6 months to join us as a Charity Manager, in which you will work with our CEO and help with the day to day management of our new charity, helping us grow and development our new youth work charity in East London.
Join our new Youth Work Charity and help us make maximum impact in the lives of young people in East London.

Eastside Youth is a new youth work charity, that started in January 2022 and is based in East London aiming to change the lives of young people and has been set up in response to the massive and severe funding cuts and closures of youth services across East London, leaving young people with lack of services and feeling isolated in a time where young people already feel segregated from society with no real voice.
#YouthWorkChangesLives and at Eastside Youth we aim to facilitate that change by giving young people aged 11 to 19 years old based in East London the tools and skills to lead active and independent lives by providing interactive and engaging structured youth activities, training opportunities and support that will help improve their physical, mental, emotional, social and educational well-being.
We need someone with excellent management skills, who is approachable, friendly and solution focused, who is able to get things done with little supervision and who can work well alone or within a team, who is able to manage their own time and workloads and is able to help Eastside Youth as a new youth work charity make its mark in East London.
This role offers an amazing opportunity for someone interested in a youth work charity, a new start up charity, charity management or project management and / development.
Duties Include:
1. Management duties, ensuring Eastside Youth is an excellent youth charity putting young people at the forefront of everything we do.
2. Service creation / development, providing strategic development.
3. Creating and Editing policies and procedures.
4. Line managing, supporting and coaching a small team of volunteers, helping Eastside Youth to become a huge success.
5. Look at ways to develop, grow and make Eastside Youth more successful.
