Balls Brothers of London have been fine purveyors of food and drink since 1860. The venues are located in central London and host a variety of lunch, dinners, area bookings and corporate events. We are known for our quality products, beautiful venues, prominent venues and outstanding service throughout every aspect of the customer’s journey and experience.
We are looking for fun, talented and experience Reservationists to join the team
Main duties and responsibilities:
Answering the phone in a professional and positive manner
Responding to web enquires within an allotted time frame (one hour)
Recording customers details and assisting in creating online profiles/ data enrichment
Booking the enquiry into the venue with an accurate attention to detail
Work towards targets from financial to KPIs
Efficient communication with venue Sales Manager of any enquiry that is over 30pax or corporate
The primary focus is reacting to incoming enquires. However, other duties include:
- Proactive social media approach (i.e. Hoot suite)
- Utilizing centralised LinkedIn account for research and marketing opportunities
- Online web chat to support live bookings
- Mail outs (both post and electronic)
- Auto generated enquires to be qualified by central reservationists
- Deposit and pre order chases for Christmas bookings
- Highlighting heroes (our best consumers)
- Content updates on web listings and lead generators
- On occasion, work from Balls Brothers
As a BB Central Reservationist you will have:
Great attention to detail
Confident phone manner, both on incoming calls and outgoing calls
Ability to work under pressure
Work well in a team
Have a passion for food and drink
Good understanding of Microsoft word/ excel/ outlook and CRM experience
Quick learner
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Well organised being able to manage numerous enquires
Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude to the working day
