We are looking for an exceptional Reservations Agent to join our Central Reservations office located in Chelsea. This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded person to work closely with Gaucho Central Reservations team overlooking our 16 restaurants in the UK.Gaucho is a high end Argentine restaurant with a fantastic reputation for service. A guests’ experience of Argentine hospitality starts with you, when they call to make a booking or enquiry. So we are looking for:
A charming, confident manner and excellent communication skills First-rate verbal and written English Passion for hospitality and the willingness to go the extra mile.
It would also be wonderful if you had:
experience as a Reservationist or a similar role Knowledge of Open Table reservation system.
