Here at MW Eat, we are looking for people with excellent communication skills, a friendly telephone manner and a flexible approach to work to join our central reservation team based in Marble Arch, London W1.
MW Eat is an expanding leading London restaurant company specializing in Indian cuisine. We own and operate Chutney Mary, Amaya, Veeraswamy and 7 Masala Zones and Masala Express at Selfridges - amongst the world's best restaurants for real Indian food, style and professional management.
With the highest standards of customer care, our reservation team process telephone restaurant reservations and act as a customer representative to our customers in a friendly and efficient manner to support our top class restaurants – Amaya, Veeraswamy and Chutney Mary – two of which hold Michelin Stars!
The Role
This is a telephone position only and you must be able to work within a small team of 4 people
• Answering the phone
• Taking and confirming reservations
• Managing a computer based reservations system
• Other administrative tasks relating to the reservations system
The right candidate
• Highly organised and positive person
• Confident communication skills
• Solid computer and keyboard skills with previous experience of MS Office
• A commitment to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent English, both oral and written
• Previous customer service experience gained in a call centre
• An active team player
• Tip top accuracy in spelling of names and addresses
• experience within hospitality or restaurant industry preferable
This is a full time position – 35 to 40 hours per week - working on a 5 rotating shift basis Monday to Sunday between the hours of 9am – 7.30pm. You must be fully flexible to commit to these hours, and may be required to work late on some occasions including weekends and public holidays.
