Central London Company an Office Assistant

An established decorating interior design company based in Clerkenwell London is looking for a temp to perm office / administrative assistant.
The successful candidate should be well spoken with a good telephone manner; be computer literate with advanced Excel, Word and Outlook skills and be able to multi-task and prioritise their work load.
General duties will include
* Filing;
* Answering the phone and taking detailed messages;
* Input of financial data;
* Assisting the account managers with booking of jobs
* Liaison with staff, suppliers and clients.
We are looking for a person with a strong character who is able to function effectively in a busy and often pressurised environment
