Lantana is looking for experienced CDPs for our London Bridge and Shoreditch restaurants. We offer a competitive salary and excellent work/life balance - 45 to 48 hours a week with a package of £24-26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
We are a young, growing independent restaurant business with three central London locations. With a menu inspired by Australia’s melting pot of culinary cultures - Middle Eastern, Vietnamese, Italian - Lantana is a leader in the field of all day casual dining, from our famous brunches through to evening share plates.
You will be working in a small team with experienced chefs who are passionate about flavour and seasonal ingredients.
