Open early until late: high volume covers daily; fast paced service; high spec kitchen operation.

Role Description
Working within a large brigade in a well-structured, high-spec kitchen operation under the guidance of a seasoned Executive Head chef, responsibilities include:
Daily mise en place and service – with support of 1 – 2 chefs on section
Daily stock control, receiving deliveries, section orders, wastage control
Commis / Demi chef direction and supervision
compliance files, HACCP and cleaning rosters
Junior Chef Training and Development
Own Professional Development – Kitchen management, stock control, HACCP and compliance
Desired Attributes
Min 12 months experience as a Chef de partie in a quality kitchen and volume experience essential
Good all round skill set – organisation, technical and attention to detail
Passion to cook and learn
Reliable with intention to offer a long term commitment to next role
Salary and Benefits
£8.15 per hour with additional £150 plus service charge allocation per month
Working Hours: 5 straight shifts / 48 Hrs PWK (earliest start at 4.30am / latest finish at 10.30pm)
Permanent full time contract subject to standard 3 months probationary period
