We’re growing our team at the The Wrestlers and are on the hunt for a passionate Sous Chef/CDP/Second Chef who can assist our Head Chef in the growing of our food offer.
As Sous Chef/CDP/Second Chef you’ll run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, placing orders, and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen. You’ll be a clear communicator, calm under pressure and working with a passionate Head Chef.
We’re looking for somebody who is passionate about food, insistent upon working in a clean and a tidy environment but most importantly who can work with a smile on their face.

Before you apply – is this you?
• At least 12 months experience working in a busy kitchen.
• A full working visa
• A bubbly, friendly personality
• Fluent spoken English
• Availability to work with us for at least the next 12 months.
• References from 3 recent employers
• Ideally live locally
