Contract Options are recruiting a quality driven Chef de Partie for a recently opened gastro pub in Chelmsford. The pub operates an A La Carte menu all week, alongside a fixed lunch menu, bar menu and of course Sunday Roast menu. Working in a brigade of 11 including porters you will be working a 48 hour week over 5 days with 2 days off.
The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months experience within restaurants or gastro pubs and be passionate and driven to succeed in a quality and busy environment to progress within a Michelin starred group of businesses
All staff must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
