Chef de Partie Pastry - Monday to Friday - 40 hours - 25,000WHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Chef de Partie Pastry Establishment: Exclusive Members Club - Two Restaurant Outlets Average Covers: 40 lunch and 100 for dinner Cuisine: modern British, with European influences Brigade: 5 in pastry Location: Piccadilly (Jubilee, Bakerloo, Victoria and Piccadilly Lines)Salary: 25,000k per annum (all inclusive)Shifts: Monday to Friday 40 hrs per week Last orders: 11:00pmWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A competent and experienced Chef de Partie Pastry to join a brigade of 5 within the members club. This is a complete role doing fine dining, brasserie, banqueting and events.* A Chef de partie pastry that is well organised and can work well within a team.* Someone who has worked in a professional kitchen for over three years.* A chef de partie pastry with previous experience working within a professional kitchen.* The successful Chef de Partie pastry MUST have a stable employment history with strong references.* Previous experience cooking modern British cuisine would be desirable, but not essential.
