We're a 2 year old Vietnamese Barbeque restaurant in the Kings Cross/Camden area that is looking for a CDP level chef.  experience on a coal grill an advantage but more importantly we're looking for a team player who can learn quickly.
The ideal candidate:
- Good work ethic and able to learn quickly.
- Works well under pressure
- Experienced on a coal BBQ in a commercial kitchen an advantage.
- Eye for detail
- Understand health and hygiene policies and regulations.
The Job:
- Full time (45-50 hrs per week).  2-3 doubles per week.

- Day shift is 10am-5pm; night shift is 4pm-11pm (11:30pm on Fridays or busy days)
