CDP Juniour Sous Chef Required

We are currently looking for a passionate, outstanding Sous and Chef de Partie to join our team.
Ideally the right candidate would be creative, hardworking and have previous sous/CDP level experience in a high volume restaurant or gastro pub.
Reporting to the Head Chef you would help drive food sales by consistently delivering high quality food
Job Requirements
- A real passion for great food
- experience in a high volume food oriented business
- Good spoken English and sufficient written English to complete basic training.
- A strong work ethic, punctuality and reliability.
- Enthusiasm for working as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work changing shifts, evenings and weekends
