Lantana is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie for our Shoreditch site; a 65 seater restaurant trading 7 days a week from breakfast to evenings.

A bit about you and the role. You will:
• Be hardworking, ambitious and dynamic;
• Have experience in a CDP role
• Be organised and able to work independently
• Have a genuine love of food and the hospitality industry
• work 5 shifts a week, mostly day shifts, one week of late's per month.
