Lantana is an Australian owned independent restaurant business with three central London locations.  We are looking for a CDP for our 80 cover restaurant located in Shoreditch.  Our menu is inspired by Australia’s melting pot of culinary cultures and we are consistently recognised as a leader in our field of all day casual dining from our famous brunches through to evening share plates.
We are looking for an ambitious CDP who wants to grow with our company. This is an excellent stepping stone for a Sous Chef position.
You must be organised, able to work independently and have a genuine love of food and the hospitality industry. You would be working an average of 48 hours per week (doubles rare), with 28 days holiday per year.
Depending on experience the position comes with a package of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum.
