Chef de Partie- Fine dining restaurant East London GBP22k-24k pa This is an amazing opportunity for a Chef de Partie of the highest calibre to join one of the finest restaurants in East London / Essex BordersAs a Chef de Partie you must come from a similar background within Restaurant/ Brassiere/Gastro positions and you must have a stable working history to be considered. Relevant culinary qualifications are essential alongside a steady work history and proven ability to lead a strong team, Strong passion for fine dining and exceptional cuisineAs Chef de Partie, your main responsibilities will be to:-* Assist the Sous Chefs in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times and to ensure that the kitchen areas designated, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the Hotel* Ensure all Mise en Place is set up accordingly* Follow closely the menu specifications to ensure consistency of dishes* Put forward any exciting ideas that may be implemented in increasing efficiency of the kitchen You can expect the following:-* Paid annual leave* Option to promote through the ranks within this fine dining restaurant* 8 shifts per week (45-50 hours) approximately.
