The Culpeper is a Restaurant and Pub on Commercial Street, E1, with a rooftop garden.
We are looking for an enthusiastic chef keen to join our hard working team.
We have a seasonally driven menu, with food cooked with respect and love.
We have also now opened the rooftop as an eating space, with food cooked on a custom built wood-fired grill.
We are looking for an enthusiastic chef wanting to:
Cook on all sections in the kitchen
Learn and grow within the business
Participate in the design and compilation of the menus
Be a part of a small kitchen team
We can offer:
Salary, plus service charge
50-55 hours a week; 7 shifts, 2 days off
Ongoing training, with support from a friendly kitchen team
We would consider an experienced demi chef de partie / commis chef looking to step up.
