- An opportunity to join our Michelin starred kitchen in the section cooking roasted meats / seafood.
- Our menu combines Western and Eastern techniques with unique Oriental marinades and flavours.
- Previous experiences with Oriental cooking is not essential.
- 5 1/2 days a week
- 28 Days / Annum Holidays
- Free meals while on duty
- Daily uniform provided

Kai Mayfair is located in Mayfair, London W1 and has maintained its Michelin Star since 2009, having earned many "Best in London" awards* over its 24 years in the business. Our mission is to change the public's perception of the Chinese restaurant experience by offering food which is faithful and respectful of traditional craft but at the same time encourage innovation to produce a menu with a truly distinct personality.
