About the Pub
Graveney and Meadow is a unique venue among our large pub company. We have a full offering of breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night drinking and dancing. Graveney and Meadow is a community hub and has been part of the new buzz surrounding Tooting for four years. We are happy to offer support, training and development at each step of your employment. About the CDP role

Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes
Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus.
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Great cooking skills
