About the Pub
Standing proudly at the heart of Grove Park, The Baring Hall Hotel has for many years been falling into disrepair, but following its recent addition to the Antic stable, it is gradually being returned to its former glory.
Originally built during the latter part of the 18th Century, the pub finally re-opened on the 18th December 2013. With 12 hand pumps and a great back bar, it immediately stamped its mark as a home of fine Ales and ciders, wines and spirits, much to the relief of its thirsty customers.
About the CDP role

Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes
Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus.
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Great cooking skills
A cool head
An ability to delegate appropriately
Organisational flair
A grasp of profit margin
