The Elephant And Castle pub based in South East London are currently looking for a experienced  full time CDP chef.
Within this position there will be potential to move up the ranks to become sous chef by the summer.
Main duties will included, running all sections of the kitchen confidently and efficiently, we run weekly specials where you will be given the chance to show your creativity and your own skills. You will also be involved in planning new menus using fresh seasonal produce within our style of cooking.
Due to the open nature of the kitchen fluent English is essential.
All of our food orders are done via a mobile app, you will be required to download and use this daily.
All food is prepared fresh daily, although training will be provided we do require you to have kitchen experience.
Rate of pay is negotiable depending on experience with a review after a three month probation period.
We do require you to provide your own uniform, and keep it clean and presentable at all times.
