CDP - Bib Gourmand French Bistro - City of London - 24,000 - Closed Sunday/MondayWHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Chef de Partie Establishment: Michelin Bib Gourmand / AA Rosette Average Covers: 40 lunch and 80 for dinner Cuisine: modern French, with European influences Brigade: 5/6 within Main Kitchen and Pastry Location: Clerkenwell - Barbican / Farringdon / Old Street (Hammersmith and City, Circle, Metropolitan, Central and Northern Line)Salary: 24,000k per annum Shifts: 45 hrs per week - 2 Consecutive Days off Last orders: 9:45pmWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A confident and skilled Chef de Partie to work/train on all sections.* A chef with a stable employment record and at least 3 years experience in professional kitchens* An effective communicator and team player to work in this small, passionate brigade.* Proven experience with French cuisine is essential!* A qualification in Professional Cookery or equivalent would be desirable.
