The Jolly Fine Pub Group is an award-winning business run by chef Paul Merrett and restaurateur Greg Bellamy. Together they run 3 Gastropubs: The Victoria in SW14, The Malt House in SW6 and The Fox and Grapes in SW19.
We are currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to work in our kitchen at the award-winning The Malt House in Fulham SW6.
The qualities we look for in a potential Chef de Partie:
Minimum of 3 years working in high-quality establishments
Excellent knowledge of food
A passion for the restaurant industry and a knowledge of latest trends and styles
To work in a clean and organised manner
A working knowledge of English language
Be friendly, outgoing, ambitious and energetic
Have a professional attitude to your job and career
Be legally eligible to work full time in the UK
Be looking for a permanent job for at least 1 year
Enjoy training and learning new skills
In return:
We will be offering up to £24,000 salary including bonus

The key responsibilities will include:
To run any section in the kitchen as required
To assist in the training and development of more inexperienced team members
To prepare food as directed by senior chefs
To use recipes accurately
To maintain a clean and organised section
To write a full and comprehensive daily job list
To assist the senior chef on duty in ordering the produce required by your section
To leave a clear hand over list for the next shift – written and verbal
