Halliford House is a new 40 seat restaurant/bar located in a quiet residential area near Angel specialising in homemade vermouths and tonics behind the bar and simple food cooked to a high standard in the kitchen.
Custom is built up of a wonderful local community and diners travelling for a good meal.
We require 2 chefs; 1 CDP or someone looking for there first CDP role and a CDP/Sous looking to move up to head chef soon.
Would also consider a shorter contract while we build our team.
Wages are competitive and we pay well for commitment and a willingness to grow with the company and move on to open new sites next year. We offer a profit share system for all chefs as we realise what it means to be a team and share the rewards.
