Catering Supervisor in Kings College Hospital Full Time Pernament

We currently have an exciting opportunity for talented and experienced Catering Supervisors to work with our high profile contract in Kings College Hospital. You will help lead our highly motivated and focused team, who deliver outstanding customer service at this prestigious contract at Kings College Hospital. Our Supervisory Team oversees around 160 Ward Host/Hostesses and 40 ward kitchens.
The role involves day to day supervisory of patient feeding services, leading the team and computer administration duties. The Patient Feeding Supervisor will play a part in ensuring that staff and facilities are compliant in all aspects of training, H and S and client audits requirements.

The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
• Excellent people skills, able to motivate and lead a team
• Previous experience of high volume catering units in patient sector site
• Previous supervisory experience
• Passion about food and achieving 100% customer satisfaction
• High standards and be quality driven
• Strong IT, administrative and organisational skills
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety and Infection control preferable

We offer this rear vacancy in our prestigious contract in Kings College Hospital. This is ideal for anyone looking to join a leading catering company with exiting career and development opportunities.
You will work initially on a no-guaranteed contract which could lead to a permanent position subject to your performance.
Shifts:
37.5 hours per week – any 5 shifts out of 7 days
Shift pattern: morning 6 a.m. – 2 p.m. And afternoon 2 p.m. – 10 p.m.
