We are looking for catering supervisors to help lead our friendly teams in the following areas:

14 Room Conference Centre
200 Seat public restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.
Hospitality
Costa Coffee and Aspretto coffee outlets
Subway Restaurant

As one of our supervisors you will be responsible for:

Delivering excellent customer service
Managing Rota's
Managing cash and stock
Ensuring full compliance with HACCP and other H and S procedures.

You will have the following skills:

Excellent attention to detail
Very good spoken and written English
experience in catering supervision
experience of cash handling and stock taking.
Food hygiene qualification
