Catering Supervisor – 40 hour contract - Monday to Friday
Enthusiastic, efficient Catering Supervisor with fantastic food knowledge and exceptional customer service skills wanted!
Role Responsibility
The main objective of this position is to help and support the Assistant and Unit Manager in supervising the team and delivering high standards of food quality and service, with specific responsibility for certain aspects of the business.
Candidate requirements
• At least 6 months’ experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a contract catering role
• Professional and work well as part of a team
• Be friendly, energetic, enthusiast and have a positive 'Can-do' attitude
• Fantastic communication skills and good conduct
• Have a passion for food and quality service
• Great sense of fun
• Standards driven with a hands on management style
• Self -motivated and able to work in a busy environment
• Able to inspire and engage the team through positive feedback and daily buzz meetings.
• Computer literate
• Good command of the English Language
