Catering Service Assistant

We are looking to employ enthusiastic, motivated and experienced individuals for Catering Services Assistant vacancies who will assist with the food and beverage service to patients ensuring that a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times.
Role responsibilities include:
· Carrying out food and beverage preparation and service to patients and visitors from ward kitchens.
· Cleaning of ward kitchens and related food service areas.
· Assisting with the setting up, service and clearing away of functions as required.
· Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service at all times.
· Ensuring the above is carried out efficiently and effectively and that a high standard of hygiene and health and safety practice is adhered to.
· Carrying out all duties in a friendly, efficient and helpful manner to the maximum benefit of customers and colleagues, fully considering the importance of customer service.
For this position you will have very good communication skills, be able to work well within a team and on your own initiative, have a keen eye for detail and a passion for customer care.
experience in a similar customer service environment is an advantage but not essential, plus knowledge of food preparation, basic food hygiene and health and safety
