Restaurant and Catering Equipment Engineer
FULL-TIME POSITION | CENTRAL LONDON | LIMITED TRAVEL | PERMANENT | £30-£35K DOE
Maxwell’s Group of Restaurants, Bars and Clubs is a well established and reputable independent restaurant group with several sites located in Central London (Zone 1). We are currently looking to recruit a Catering Equipment Engineer to join our team to deal with breakdown repairs, routine planned servicing and install commercial catering equipment. You will be based in Covent Garden, London and travel is limited to Zone 1 only.
The role involves:
• Providing service, repair and maintenance on commercial catering equipment in our various units. Includes breakdown and fault-finding work
• Proactive and reactive PPM service repair
• Schedule and logging in of all repairs, service conducted on all commercial equipment throughout the group.
• Travel will be limited to within Zone 1 only.
Preferred Skills (not all essential):
• Service and maintenance on commercial catering equipment (Gas and Electric)
• Commercial Catering Gas Certificates - CCCN1 or equivalent.
• COMCAT's level 1 and 3 as a minimum
• The ideal candidate will be able to install, test and commission gas cooking ranges and gas grills – therefore you will ideally be Gas Safe Registered. Preferred
• Living in and around London/M25 area
