Key accountabilities
1.         To prepare the counter for service and ensure customer seating areas are kept clean and tidy.
2.         To prepare/serve food and beverages efficiently.
3.         To ensure the cleanliness of food service/preparation area in line with food hygiene, Health and Safety requirements and      cleaning schedules.
4.         To ensure stock is controlled and rotated keeping all storerooms clean and tidy.
5.         To promote the image of the Company by the provision of quality customer care standards.
6.         To carry out all cash handling as laid down by company procedures.
7.         To ensure display cabinets and vending machines are replenished.
