Cafe Assistant is a key customer service focused role within our leisure centre. You will have the responsibility of helping to provide a friendly, clean and efficient running Cafe.
Greeting customers in a positive, friendly and a timely manner you will serve a variety of food and drinks available within our Cafe. You will establish excellent customer relationships and customer requirements, suggesting the most suitable products and up selling and suggesting promotions. In addition you will seek customer feedback and act on this in a proactive manner. Level 1 / 2 Food and Hygiene qualification required. Evening and weekend working required
