Catering Assistant.
Must be vibrant/ speak excellent English and reliable.
Required to work evenings and weekends
1 Greet customers in a positive, friendly and timely manner.
2. Establish customer requirements; suggest most suitable products for customers, upsell and suggest promotions, where possible, take customer order.
3. Process and prepare food and drink orders.
4. Seek customer feedback; personally act on feedback where possible. Escalate feedback, when required.
5. Operate a range of equipment, to include coffee machine, Blender, grill, dishwasher, in a safe, tidy, hygienic manner, in line with brand manual standards ( BMS )
6. Conduct basic record keeping tasks, such as temperature checks, wastage records. Immediately report any non-compliance to line manager, or manager on duty.
7. Conduct basic equipment and maintenance checks, immediately report any areas of non-compliance to line manager, or manager on duty.
8. Serve food and drink orders to customers in a friendly, efficient and timely manner, in line with BMS
9. Present food and drink in line with BMS
10. Fill and replenish food and drink displays, ensure all food and drink displays are presented, merchandised and priced in line with BMS
11. Ensure all back and front of house areas are always presented in a tidy, clean and hygienic manner at all times, in line with BMS.
12. Receive and store food and drink deliveries, in line with BMS
13. Perform cafe set and close down process, when required, in line with BMS.
