Category Analyst roleSSP is the leading dedicated operator of food and beverage brands in travel locations worldwide. We have a long heritage in food and travel, with over 60 years experience in the industry. We are currently looking for a Category Analyst to work within our UK Commercial team to support the identification and pursuit of improvements to our customer offer, having a positive impact on profit across all UK markets. In this role you will help deliver measurable margin improvement at unit, brand and country level. This is a important role within our Commercial Team, with opportunities to develop within our growing organisation.The Role The Category Analyst will join a team of people working across our business to drive profitability. Using your analytical expertise you will design, test and measure pricing and commercial trials to make business recommendation. You'll also be supporting local teams in reviewing the impact of commercial trials and pricing scenarios. Ideally you'll also be creating templates for our business to use to measure success in commercial trials.
