Casual Waiter/Waitress
The Food and Beverage department is looking for a Casual Waiter/Waitress to provide our guests with outstanding customer service in all our Food and Beverage outlets.
The Rubens at the Palace Hotel, part of Red Carnation Hotel Collection, is a stunning four star deluxe property located in the heart of London’s Victoria. This wonderful hotel features 161 individually designed bedrooms and Suites, an established bar, two restaurants and several function rooms where we are offering our guests a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
You will have the opportunity to discover our Palace Bar, Afternoon Tea lounge and our soon to open Traditional English Grill restaurant.
We are looking for passionate and outgoing individuals with motivation to deliver the best possible customer service to our guests.
Key responsibilities of the Casual Waiter/Waitress will include:
• Serving drinks and food to the specified standards in all our Food and Beverage outlets
• Setting up tables
• Being responsible for all cash and floats in your possession
• Assisting guests with every need to hotel and restaurant standards
• Keeping all health, safety and cleanliness standards to the highest level
The ideal candidate for the Casual Waiter/Waitress position should:
• Be passionate and outgoing
• Be able to interact in a professional manner with guests and employees
• Have a friendly and bubbly personality
• Communicate effectively in English
• Be eligible to work in the UK
