We are currently looking for passionate Restaurant Receptionist / Hostess with proven experience within a high-end hospitality environment to casually work in Fine Dining restaurants located in 5* Hotels in Central London.
As a Restaurant Receptionist you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests in a warm and friendly manner to ensure that the highest standards of service are maintained at all times.
Your duties as a Casual Restaurant Receptionist will include:
• Greeting and seating guests;
• Taking their coats and guarding their belongings;
• Dealing with customer requests and enquiries;
• Working closely with the restaurant manager, reservations and sales and marketing team to ensure you are fully updated on all menus and promotions;
The qualities and Requirements the successful candidate will possess:
• Charismatic personality with polite and positive attitude;
• Previous experience as a receptionist within high-end hospitality;
• Knowledge of ‘Open Table/Book a Table’ system is essential;
• Proactive with attention to detail;
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Must be a team player and assist where required;
• Have excellent customer skills
• Excellent command of English;
• Have a smart and professional appearance;
• Flexibility in working hours.
