You will be working in a team of up to 60 to provide dining and hospitality services for our client over staff and member’s restaurant, 23 meeting rooms and function spaces and a member’s lounge. Harbour and Jones offer a range of catering services including tea and coffee, breakfast, lunches, finger and fork buffets, canapés receptions and fine dining.

Very busy and exciting venue with diverse mix of internal and external events on daily basis.
Potential for team members to prove themselves and be promoted within the venue.
Open primarily Monday to Friday, however weekend events frequently.
Member’s lounge Catering for 200 a day (Monday-Friday) open for breakfast and lunch, no dinner. A brasserie style menu and a retail counter offer.
Hospitality 23 meeting rooms within 5 floors, from rooms for 4 to 330 guests.
Informal finger buffets, formal buffets, food Stalls, canapés, bow food, fine dining up to 330. Reception up to 500.
Kitchen 11 chefs + 3 porters
FOH 11 including management
