We cater for a wide range of events, including; Weddings, Birthdays, Corporate Parties, PR events, Product Launches, Marketing Campaigns, Award Ceremonies and many more.
The business itself has been built on a strong principle of integrity and is highly customer service focused. We aim to go the ‘extra mile’ in everything we do and we want our staff to be of the same mind-set and attitude.
We currently have vacancies, for casual 'Product Operators' to join our business on an ad-hoc contract, working as and when required.
Although this is not a sales role, some sales experience is beneficial. An outgoing personality with good spoken English is a necessity, however.
Staff are paid £10 per hour worked
(A typical event - 4 hours operation, with 3 hours set-up and breakdown - would equate to £70.00)
Staff will be paid on a monthly basis , with payment made on the last working day of each month, via BACS.
Candidates, need to possess a Full UK Driving License and live in London - ideally, close to our warehouse in Uxbridge - UB9 6PZ.
Full training and support will be given throughout the process.
Dress Code:
Smart and presentable at all times – this is a client facing role
Black trousers / skirt (gender specific)
White smart top
Black shoes / plimsolls
Immaculate grooming and style is required
Job Requirements / Expectations:
Management of our products and services within the event environment – to encourage correct usage (according to the ‘brief’), throughout the hire period.
Acting as a PR representative for our brand - or client - to encourage maximum product usage throughout the event.
Being familiar and knowledgeable with each of our products to be able to provide basic on-site technical support, when necessary.
Working alongside fellow team members and liaising with clients and customers throughout the event.
Adhering to our uniform and staffing policy at all times, when representing the brand
Key Skills Required:
Client Management and customer service skills
General Sales experience
The ability to work under pressure – also, to be able to work autonomously as the role is not micro-managed
Time Management – this aspect is very important - To be punctual and reliable
Interpersonal skills – confident and outgoing personality is mandatory
To be professional in attitude
To have a high attention to detail
General Technical Ability - computer savvy
Clear spoken English required
NOTE : We require staff to possess a clean ‘DBS’, as we often work with sensitive events and/or vulnerable individuals - this may be required for some select venues / clients.

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £10.00 /hour.
