As rhubarb gears up for another busy Summer, we are now looking for talented Chef de Partie's to join our Events business on a flexible, hourly basis
The core event business situated at our purpose built premises in South West London and caters for over 600 events per year, for 10 to 2000 people at a time.
You will be working in our state of the art production kitchen with a talented team of up to 30.
You will produce bespoke food experiences from elegant afternoon tea?s to banquets for 2000 across London and beyond
You will be working on a wide array of events including corporate launches, fashion shows, film premieres, Gala dinners and race meetings in London and beyond
The Person
- Creative, innovative and willing to go the extra mile to ensure every mouthful of food served is memorable.
- Willing to travel to venues and locations in and around London.
- Exposure to premium / fine dining
- Excellent product and market knowledge of food trends and the London dining scene.
- Well presented, client facing and engaging
