Niche is a gluten-free restaurant and production company, specialising in gluten-free and free-from meals. Our mission is to make food that tastes great and is "gluten-free but you wouldn’t know it".
In our new production kitchen in Hackney Wick we produce gourmet gluten-free meals which we export all over Europe, also special meals for Airlines and high end retail throughout the UK. We are looking for part time casual chefs and plating / packing operators in our production facility based in Hackney Wick.
We are looking for hard working “can do” chefs, who are team players, suitably qualified and experienced to produce the high quality meals in a fast passed friendly environment where we make up to 2400 meals a day.
We are also seeking fastidious and contentious plating and packing operators to plate and seal our meals and other products, where every meal really matters! Full training will be given on the use of the machinery etc.
Shifts are for 8 hours beginning at 8am until 4pm, Wednesdays – Fridays. Alternative shifts may be available so please enquire?
