Job purpose:
To entertain our client's guests by acting as the dealer for a specific gaming table. The Dealer must run the table to the company standards, applying all of the table rules whilst providing guests with the highest level of customer service, to ensure that the unique Caesars experience is achieved.

Main duties:
• To deal to and maintain correct gaming procedures at all times
• To ensure all transactions are announced clearly, audibly and correctly, to make sure all bets are placed properly and that the game is paced appropriately
• To maintain a high level of awareness of security, anti-money laundering and social responsibility requirements
• To notify management immediately of any incident or circumstance which may result in a breach of the Gambling Act or Company’s rules and regulations
• To deliver great customer service skills and ensuring games take place in a fun and social environment
• To promote all areas of the Club and understand departmental specific operations and services in order to explain and guide the guest during their visit
Essential skills:
• Previous experience in the Gaming industry
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills and ability to maintain a positive, professional relationship with all guests and colleagues
• Methodical and attentive to detail
• The ability to make quick, mental calculations
• Able to communicate in clear and concise English
• A high level of personal integrity
• Possession of a Personal Functional License (appropriate gaming license). If applying as a trainee you will need to apply for a PFL during your training.
