The role
We are looking for team members who have a passion for natural food fresh produce as well as great customer service.
Responsibilities
As a team member your responsibilities will include:
·Building a rapport with customers and delivering great customer service
·Promoting product consumption by educating customers
·Selling food and drink products
·Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; in-house and externally
The ideal candidate
Will have previous experience within a customer facing role, within retail or hospitality and be a bubbly, lively character.
Rewards
·Hourly wage of £8 per hour
·Working hours are approximately 40 hours a week, 5 days on and 2 days off with 28 days’ holidays per year.
·£5 vouchers for lunches and 25% discount on products purchased in house
