Looking for a hardworking motivated and Driven Customer Assistant for a Caribbean Takeaway in North West London.
You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, and addressing any questions or comments that customers may have.
You will take customers' orders, prepare and package orders, and act as cashier.
Receive and store food supplies from our Alperton Kitchen.
Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer care is maintained at all times when dealing with customers.
A strong understanding and knowledge of good hygiene and personal care, especially when serving.
Ensure food preparation areas are cleaned at all times.
Maintaining communication with staff at our Alperton Kitchen to advise when stock is low, any maintenance issues.
Must be able to work Under pressure and perform well in difficult situations.
Looking for someone who can work flexible hours as hours may be tailored to suit business needs and are dependant  on customer demand.
Must have previous experience of working in a fast paced environment.
Previous Knowledge of dealing with Caribbean food is desired.
Must be willing to also work weekends.
