Cash Management Administrator

Client is a leading Lloyd's Insurance business, who are looking to source for a Cash Management Administrator. Ideally, any candidates who are immediately available would be of highest interest. This is a Fixed Term Contract with a view of going permanent.

Role requirements;

* Ensuring journal entries are accurately reflected in the ledgers and processed on a timely basis.
* Weekly reconciliations of bank accounts in several currencies, including review and resolution of outstanding items and control accounts.
* Assisting the Investment Accountant with ledger postings and administrative tasks.
* Delivery of month end requirements ensuring deadlines are met.
* Initiating payments in accordance with internal controls, including FX payments.

Profile requirements;

* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and work to strict deadlines.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
* experience in a multi-currency environment an advantage.
* Working knowledge of BACS/CHAPS processing an advantage.
