We are a vibrant, well-established and expanding London based (UB6) Removal company.  As we’ve recently expanded our portfolio of services we are looking for an experienced Carpet Cleaner and Cleaning Facilitator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity with the possibility of further progression within the company. Experienced individuals preferred but we would also welcome applications from people without experience, eager and willing to learn as training is provided.
Role and responsibilities Carpet Cleaner

Customer Centric Approach;
Upon arrival at Customer’s home discuss expectations and concerns with customers;
Explain the products used, the purpose of each chemical and how  the services are going to be executed;
Identify Stains and use proper chemicals for removal;
Vacuum, shampoo, and clean carpets and furniture;
Wash windows inside and out;
Clean all carpet, tile, wood, and furniture requested by the customer;
Effectively and safely shift furniture and perform house and business cleaning duties.
Make sure the customer is completely satisfied with work done to their home;
Maintain all equipment. Set up truck and all equipment required to complete the customer requests;
Make sure customers home is cleaned and put all required materials back in the proper place in the work truck;
Work independently, without supervision.

Skills:

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and carpet fibers.
Skilled in operating all cleaning equipment.
Ability to lift and move furniture around if needed.
Reliable, customer-oriented, and excellent team player.
Immensely honest and ethical person
Great positive attitude and organized individual.
Excellent personal skills and problem solver.
Outgoing and responsible individual
Driving License required

Role and Responsibilities

Carries various end of tenancy cleaning activities.
Cleans and keeps up various surfaces
Sweeps and mops floors
Vacuums and steam clean carpets
Washes windows and launders drapes
Cleans and disinfects toilets, tabs, and replenishes supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper Towels.
Orders cleaning supplies and equipment and maintains an appropriate stock at all times.
Operates and maintains equipment such as vacuums and floor cleaners if necessary.
Collects and removes trash from a building or space if necessary.
