Outlook Loft Conversions Limited specialise in building quality roof extensions finished to the highest standards in and around the Dulwich area of South East London. We currently build around 35 Lofts per year, all of which are sold on recommendations from previous clients.
We are looking for an experienced established team to complete our projects either to the first fix plastering stage, (excluding plumbing, electrics, plastering and roofing), or to second fix and final finish. Minimum experience and equipment required below.

Own tools and transport
UTR number and bank account for online payments.
A portfolio of completed works, this can be as simple as some photos and a recommendation from a recent client.
Minimum of 5 years experience working within the Loft conversion industry.

Currently our established teams and tradesmen work on a mixture of price and day work depending on their preferences. We have company vehicles available and trade accounts for materials supply along with a good network of contacts for all the products required to complete a build.
Day labour rates are negotiable, we price labour for our Lofts individually as our conversions tend to be a little more bespoke than standard, hence our higher rates.
We are not interested in passing our work over for labour/materials supply and sub-contracting over to a smaller businesses.
